Processing and Fulfillment

All orders are processed and fulfilled from our facility Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship all orders via FedEx or UPS. Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date your order is placed.

Standard / 2-Day Express	2-3 business days
Expedited Shipping	1-2 business days
Overnight Shipping	Next business day (order before 12:00 PM ET)

Shipping method options and pricing are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free Shipping

Free shipping does not apply to expedited or overnight shipping upgrades. The free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts or coupon codes are applied.

Shipping Rates

All orders under $299 ship for a flat rate of $15 via 2-day express shipping (FedEx or UPS). Orders of $299 or more qualify for free 2-day express shipping.

Expedited and overnight shipping upgrades are available at checkout for an additional fee based on package weight and destination.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping.

It is your responsibility to determine whether the purchase, import, and possession of our products is lawful in your jurisdiction. Elara assumes no liability for orders placed to locations where our products may be restricted.

Packaging and Handling

All peptides are shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during standard shipping timeframes and do not require cold chain shipping under normal conditions.

Each order includes a printed Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every product purchased.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account at elarapeptides.com/my-elara-account.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order (on a business day), please contact us at info@elarapeptides.com.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Elara is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipped orders.

Delays and Carrier Issues

While we ship every order on time from our end, delivery delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Elara is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has left our facility.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, contact us at info@elarapeptides.com and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Wholesale orders follow the same fulfillment and shipping timelines as retail orders. Large bulk orders may require additional processing time, and your account manager will communicate any expected delays before shipment.

Wholesale accounts with approved NET-15 or NET-30 terms receive priority fulfillment.
