Our guidelines for returns, refunds, and damaged or incorrect orders.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it - sealed, undamaged, and with all original labeling intact.
Opened, reconstituted, or partially used products cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or unsealed products
- Reconstituted or partially used products
- Custom formulations or white-label orders
- Bacteriostatic water and supplies (once shipped)
- Products not purchased directly from elarapeptides.com
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our team at info@elarapeptides.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will respond within 4 business hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Important: Please do not ship any products back without first receiving a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Elara is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elarapeptides.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, at your option. You will not be required to return the damaged or incorrect product in most cases.
Missing Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or anyone else who may have accepted the delivery. Also check any secondary delivery locations (back door, garage, mailroom).
If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier (FedEx or UPS) directly using your tracking number to open a delivery investigation. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, contact us at info@elarapeptides.com and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variation, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Wholesale Order Returns
Returns on wholesale orders follow the same eligibility requirements as retail orders. However, wholesale returns exceeding $500 in value may require additional coordination with your account manager.
Wholesale orders purchased on NET-15 or NET-30 terms will have the refund applied as a credit to your account balance rather than a payment reversal, unless otherwise arranged with your account manager.
