All orders ship the same business day if placed by 3:00 PM ET, Mon–Fri (excluding holidays). Standard delivery is 2 business days nationwide via FedEx or UPS 2-day express. Cold-pack transit on every order.
Yes. Every order ships with a batch-matched Certificate of Analysis from an independent laboratory, documenting reversed-phase HPLC purity, ESI mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and endotoxin and appearance checks. Sample CoAs are also available on every product page in the retail catalog.
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Full details on the return policy page.
Add bacteriostatic water slowly along the inside wall of the vial — do not inject directly onto the lyophilized powder. Gently swirl (do not shake) until fully dissolved. Store the reconstituted solution at 2–8°C and use within 7 days for optimal purity retention. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles and protect from light.
